AAF Flanders is pleased to announce the appointment of Anthony Guerra as Vice President, Operations. In this role he will be responsible for Manufacturing, Process Engineering, QC, SIOP, EHS, and Continuous Improvement.
Anthony has over 10 years of Operations experience in the filtration and HVAC industry. He has held several roles within the Flanders organization, including Director of East Coast Operations, Senior Director of Operations, and most recently the role of Vice President of Operations. At Flanders Anthony implemented a Continuous Improvement Program and Business Intelligence Management Reporting, consolidated multiple plants to maximize efficiency, developed Key Plant Metrics to drive Plant Management accountability, and helped develop Flanders' Sales and Operations Planning Program.
