Mixing

 

Mixing is similar to blending although a more industrial type application is implied rather than a food / beverage / pharmaceutical / confectionery type application. Mixing will involve agitation of all the ingredients to assure a homogeneous mixture. The range of possible additives, the size and type of mixer and the temperature of the process production is huge. Where there is significant moisture or other sticky vapors a wet collector such as the RotoClone N or the compact scrubber RotoClone W should be considered. Where only dry dusts are to be collected then the OptiFlo RC or FabriPulse Fusion will be a good choice.
