AAF Flanders AHR 2017

This year’s AHR Expo proved to be the ideal venue to showcase the launch of our combined AAF Flanders brand. The 2017 show was held in Las Vegas, with more than 2,000 exhibitors and crowds of 60,000 industry professionals from every state in America and 150 countries across the globe.

The AAF Flanders marketing team invested months of creativity and effort into our booth, ensuring we had our largest and most dynamic presence ever at this premier trade show. The modern and sleek design prominently featured our new AAF Flanders logo and tagline, “Bringing clean air to life,” on signage that was visible from any angle that visitors approached.

In the booth, we demonstrated our commitment to thought leadership and innovation with the debut of four new intelligent data tools. The introduction of Sensor360™, TCO Diagnostic®, SAAF™ Tech Tools, and Equipment Configurator in this public forum announced to the world that AAF Flanders is uniquely positioned to revolutionize the future of air filtration.

These tools were featured in demos on large, interactive screens at the four corners of our booth. In the center staging area, some of our signature products were on display, including a scaled down containment system, SAAF side access housing, and the forthcoming high performance DriPak® NX bag filter. Pre-show interest in all of our exciting digital tools was strong, with hundreds of sign-ups for software demonstrations that resulted from a targeted email campaign. At the show, several hundred eager visitors took part in live demos.

Both booth attendance and demo participation were at their highest ever this year, due in part to a game we developed especially for the Expo. Participants saw for themselves how Sensor360™ makes the invisible visible through an immersive virtual reality experience. Gamers plunged themselves into an environment where the power to destroy particulates and protect humanity was in their hands, at a pace that only accelerated as they successfully obliterated mold, spores, and deadly viruses.

Three lucky gamers won iPads for their high scores during the show — Mike Wasmuth from Enertech Global, Josh Mead with CRB Consulting Engineers, and Joe Mercurio with Mechanical Climate Systems. Congratulations to all the winners!

In addition to technologies and products, we celebrated the launch of our dynamic combined website through an interactive display. The integration of public-facing information about our two great companies was no small undertaking, but the result is a user-driven, optimized online experience we were proud to introduce on a large scale at AHR.

Through the outstanding efforts of marketing, sales, R&D, and many other dedicated team members, AAF Flanders’ “big brand reveal” at AHR went a long way toward solidifying our position as a leader in air filtration in the eyes of the world.
