Air Filtration System for Maximum Personnel Protection
The Bag In/Bag Out filter system is the solution to your safety related hazardous air quality problems. It provides both high efficiency air cleaning and a safe and reliable method for dealing with air filters and housing containing hazardous contaminants. With the Bag In/Bag out system, service personnel are protected from coming in direct contact with the interior of the housing and hazardous contaminants during filter replacement. The Bag In/Bag-Out system is used in combination with the AmericanAirFilter line of outstanding quality air filter products.

Efficiency
A guaranteed air cleaning efficiency is critical in any safety related filtration system. Designed to meet the stringent requirements of HEPA filter applications, the Bag In/Bag Out system was developed to perform as efficiently as the HEPA filters. The Bag In/Bag Out system features a spring loaded screw actuated locking mechanism which fully engages and seals the HEPA particulate filter or carbon adsorber filter against the filter sealing surface. Both gasket and gel seal options are available. This "positive seal" ensures that all of the contaminated air passes through the air filter and does not by-pass around the filter. All joints and seams in the Bag In/Bag Out housing are fully seal welded to ensure that air will not leak across the housing pressure boundary, or between compartments within the housing. System efficiencies of 99.97+% on 0.3 micron particulate are standard.
Factory Pressure Test
Each Bag In/Bag Out filter housing is rigorously tested at the factory to ensure that it meets the most stringent housing leak test specifications.
Safety
Contaminated air filters are replaced from outside the enclosure. They are withdrawn directly into heavy duty PVC containment bags. The bags are permanently sealed to the enclosure to ensure that the contaminated filters and the interior do not come into contact with the outside environment. Air filters are removed and installed by hand, no special tools are required.
Rugged Construction
The Bag In/Bag Out enclosure is constructed using 14 gauge type 304L stainless steel and all joints and seams are fully seal welded. The enclosure is structurally reinforced to resist pressures up to -20 inches water column (0.72 psi).
