VariCel^® view brochure
High and medium efficiency extended surface filters particularly well suited for variable air volume systems. Available with Intersept^® antimicrobial (90% efficiency). VariCels are built rugged with metal cell sides and a single piece steel header in 6" and 12" depths. Double header models and particle board construction (no header), also available. Ultra-fine glass fiber media. 60-65%, 80-85% and 90-95% efficiencies.

VariCel II view brochure
High and medium efficiency filters only 4" deep. Made with AAF's exclusive Slim Line Design, mini-pleat separator concept. Available with Intersept^® antimicrobial (90% efficiency). Ultra-fine glass fiber media. 60-65%, 80-85%, 90-95% efficiencies. U.L. Class 2.

VariCel II MH  - The same microglass paper media, mini-pleat arrangement, and efficiencies of the VariCel II, combined with the unique interlocked metal header and cell sides of VariCel I.  Offers the right combination of rugged construction, high efficiency, and convenience.  Available with Intersept^® antimicrobial (60-65% & 90-95% efficiencies).  U.L. Class 2.

VariCel V view brochure
High capacity mini-pleat extended surface filters for operation up to 750 FPM with low resistance, long service life. Available with Intersept®  antimicrobial (95% efficiency). Ultra-fine glass fiber media. 70%, 80%, and 95% efficiencies. U.L. Class 2.

VariCel V-MERV 15  - The VariCel V-MERV 15 represents a new category for efficiency in high capacity, mini-pleat filters. It offers 50% less penetration of 0.3µm to 1.0µm particles than a MERV 14 (90-95% efficient) filter. Best of all, this increase in efficiency comes with a minimal increase in resistance. That means you can place it in any system currently using 90% filters, if the system can accommodate the V-bank design. For maximum improvement of IAQ, you can combine this filter with the benefits of Intersept^® antimicrobial.

The VariCel V-MERV 15 is tested in accordance with ASHRAE Test Standard 52.2. This proposed test standard measures the minimum composite efficiency the filter will provide during its useful life. Available with Intersept^®
