PerfectPleat^®

AAF International is extremely proud to announce a true innovation in the extended surface, pleated panel filter - the PerfectPleat.  It is a filter with form and fit unlike any pleated filter in the marketplace today - and with the filtering efficiency you need and expect.

AmAir^®

A pleated panel filter often used where higher air cleaning efficiency is desired. Superior dust holding capacity provides top-of-the-line value. Available with Intersept^® antimicrobial.

VariCel^® and VariCel^® II

High and medium efficiency extended surface filters particularly well suited for variable air volume systems. Available with Intersept^® antimicrobial (90% efficiency). VariCels are built rugged with metal cell sides and a single piece steel header in 6" and 12" depths.  VariCel II offers a slimline design with 4" deep media packs.

VariCel^® RF

Ideal for Variable Air Volume (VAV) systems. It provides a high level of filtration efficiency in those applications where cleaner air is required. With metal cell sides and a layered synthetic media pack, the VariCel RF offers superior dust holding, moisture resistance, and overall performance. Color-coded media designates each efficiency: yellow (90-95%), pink (80-85%), green (60-65%), and white (45-50%). Both single and double-header models are available.

VariCel^® M-Pak

5-7/8" depth extended surface pleated filter with the same media area and performance as 12"-deep filters. Available in MERV 14, 13, and 11 efficiencies. Space-saving design; reduces freight, storage, and handling costs. Sturdy high-impact polystyrene cell sides enclose a fixed media pack. Fully incinerable. MERV 14 and 11 models available with Intersept^® antimicrobial.

VariCel^®VXL

The VariCel VXL delivers the desired air quality when used in systems with difficult operating conditions, such as variable air volume, turbulent airflow, repeated fan shutdown or moderate to high humidity.  It is lightweight and easy to install.  VariCel VXL filters can be used in high velocity systems operating at up to 750 FPM.

BioCel^® I

Provides significantly higher efficiency filtration than other extended surface filters - 95% DOP initial efficiency. It offers an alternative for critical applications, such as hospitals and other installations, where HEPA filters are not required. Single header construction for AAF systems; double header construction for other manufacturers' systems. Ultra-fine fiber glass media.

BioCel^® M-Pak

Offers the same media area as the traditional BioCel 12" deep filter in a 6" deep design.  The M-Pak delivers comparable efficiency, pressure drop, and overall performance in a much smaller package.
