Pulse Jet Fabric Dust Collector
The AAF Millennium/FabriPulse fabric dust collector is a heavy duty baghouse designed to clean the most difficult industrial air quality problems. The Millennium/FabriPulse provides high efficiency air cleaning on the most difficult dry dust collection applications. Intended for outdoor use, it provides the most cost effective way of cleaning heavy dust concentrations from large exhaust air volumes. The Millennium/FabriPulse is a self-cleaning dust collector and is fully automatic.

Modular Design
The Millennium/FabriPulses design makes it easy to ship and erect, reducing freight and assembly costs. It is also simple to expand the Millennium/FabriPulse later, due to process changes, or to move and re-assemble at another location.
Rugged Construction
The Millennium/FabriPulse is constructed using 10 gauge steel and is true industrial quality. It is structurally reinforced to withstand -20 inches water column (0.72 psi), a 100 mph wind load, and is rated for seismic zone 4. NEMA 4 controls are standard and heavy duty 1-1/2 inch pulse valves are used to clean the 5-1/4 inch diameter and up to 14 feet long filter bags, with 80 to 100 psig compressed air.
How the Millennium/FabriPulse Works
Dust laden air enters through the side inlet of the Millennium/FabriPulse, where it is intercepted by an impact baffle which absorbs much of the energy from the airstream. The baffle causes the heavy dust particles to fall directly into the hopper. The remaining dust collects on the outer surfaces of the 5-1/4 inch diameter filter bags. Filtered air flows out of the filter bags into the clean air plenum and is discharged through the outlet. The filter bags are cleaned periodically by a burst of compressed air, which is released through valves from a storage reservoir into the clean side of the filter bags. This dislodges the captured dust from the surface of the bag. The dust then falls freely into the hopper below for easy removal. The cleaning sequence is controlled by a solid state control and actuated by either a timer or pressure switch control.
