Efficiency
The ArrestAll provides 99+% air cleaning efficiency on large particle dusts generated by typical metalworking, woodworking, and other grinding, cutting, and sawing operations. The ArrestAll is available with a high efficiency final filter option when small amounts of fine particle dusts are present.
Ease of Maintenance
The ArrestAll filter cartridges are accessed through doors located on the front of the collector. This allows all of the filters to be installed or removed quickly and efficiently without contaminating the clean side of the collector. Cartridges are easily removed and installed by hand, no special tools are required. The maximum filter cartridge height of 27 inches means that the ArrestAll can be installed in locations with limited headroom and that the filters are accessible from floor level.
Rugged Construction
The ArrestAll is constructed using 14 gauge steel and is true industrial quality. It is structurally reinforced to resist the full pressure generated by its internal fan and the forces produced by the operation of the shaker filter cleaning mechanism.
How the ArrestAll Works
Dust laden air enters through the inlet of the ArrestAll and is forced to make a 90 degree turn causing the momentum of the heavier particles to carry them directly to the collection container. The remaining dust collects on the outer surfaces of the filter cartridges. Clean filtered air flows out of the filter cartridges into the fan and is discharged through the outlet. The collected dust is periodically removed from the fabric pockets of the filter cartridge by an automatic (or manual) shaker system.
