FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Louisville, Kentucky – April, 2017
This week, AAF® International, a global pioneer in air filtration technology, introduces PulsePak® V, the newest member of PulsePak® family.
The PulsePak® V is the optimal solution for the removal of contaminates and fumes from a wide variety of manufacturing conditions, especially metalworking applications. Typical environments include laser cutting, plasma cutting, welding, thermal spraying, grinding, shot blasting/peening, and sand blasting. Excelling in conditions where dust loadings are high, the PulsePak® V cartridge design allows for better cleaning over any other comparable filtration product. The unit’s compact size is also ideal when space is limited.
The PulsePak® V delivers exceptional air cleaning and extended filter life utilising an optimised inlet air section that delivers equal distribution of air across the V-Pak filters in combination with REDClean® Media Technology. AAF REDClean® media has been specifically designed and developed to withstand the rigours of pulse cleaning with superior dust release, which provides improved high-efficiency particulate removal.
The PulsePak® V is a single unit dry dust collector with spark trap, integral fan, and includes an optimised filter design, HEPA final filter, and pulsing controls. The PulsePak® V can be installed quickly, just connect electric, compressed air and dirty air duct and the air cleaning process is underway.
Finally, the PulsePak® V was designed with original equipment manufacturers (OEM) in mind. We offer customisable branding options and volume guarantees. Our goal is to help you increase your sales and to stand out from your competition.
