The SAAF Cassette Medium Duty model retrofits easily and outperforms existing legacy cassettes by 25%. Using SAAF-T-Screens, AAF’s patented cassette design offers improved airflow characteristics to ensure full media utilization. The cassette's assembly is made with High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS). It features smooth mating end panels with no penetrations or outward flanges to ensure excellent sealing. Patent pending plastic rivets secure the solid fill caps at multiple points to secure against bursts or leaks in normal usage. This rigid construction allows for better structural integrity and eliminates gas bypass problems, making SAAF Cassettes an ideal choice in cleanroom or high-precision applications.

The SC:MD is a 6" x 24" x 18" V-bank model with a SAAF media capacity of 0.5 cubic ft. The cassettes are designed for 500 FPM, with an initial resistance of 0.31 in. wg.
