CarbonWeb RP filters are designed to provide odor and particulate control where light to moderate odor conditions exist. They are used for general air filtration in HVAC systems, or as prefilters to higher efficiency filters.

CarbonWeb RP filters consist of a heavy loading of carbon granules (300 grams per square foot) impregnated onto a substrate of synthetic fibers. The carbon layer is sandwiched between two layers of polyester media with an internal wire ring support inserted between the DAS media and the carbon layer. The internal wire support ring is formed from 9-gauge steel with cross supports to give additional strength.

CarbonWeb ring panel filters are classified U.L. Class 2 according to U.L. Standard 900.
