The FabriPulse B is a single compartment, self-cleaning cloth pulse-just dust collector. The dirty air stream enters the collector either at the center of the housing or via a hopper inlet, where a baffle evenly distributes the dust laden air. The air then passes through the filter media where dust is captured on the outside surface of the individual bags. Clean air is exhausted through the upper plenum. The filter tubes are periodically cleaned by bursts of compressed air which are injected down the inside of the bags. Only a portion of the bags are cleaned at any one time to allow the unit to remain in continuous operation.
