Amer-Therm
The Suction Design Amer-Therm has only one stack for testing and/or monitoring outlet emissions. The reverse air from the gas process at high process temperature can be utilized to avoid or reduce the risk of condensation. The main fan, reverse air fan and outlet and reverse air dampers are all in the clean air side. Due to the more efficient fan design, less power is consumed. The outlet manifold is self-cleaning.
The housing and roofing of the Positive Pressure Amer-Therm are designed for +25 mmwc, instead of –500 mmwc or more, which means lower equipment weight and less initial investment. There are no ambient air infiltrations through the baghouse, which reduces the risk of condensation. The overall static pressure drop is lower through the baghouse in this design.
